Role Overview

As one of the first SDRs at Track3D, you will play a critical role in fueling our GTM engine. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers across the construction value chain—opening doors for our Account Executives and GTM Engineers to close enterprise deals. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven transformation in construction, working directly with top ENR contractors, trade partners, and owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Qualify – Research and identify high-potential accounts (ENR Top 400, Owners, Trade Partners) and generate qualified meetings for the sales team. 
  • Outbound Engagement – Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to engage senior decision makers and field leaders. 
  • Messaging & Positioning – Communicate Track3D’s value proposition, focusing on how AI-powered progress tracking solves major industry challenges. 
  • Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives and GTM Engineers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. 
  • Pipeline Growth – Consistently exceed weekly/monthly metrics for meetings booked, pipeline created, and territory coverage. 
  • Market Insights – Capture feedback from prospects to inform marketing campaigns and GTM strategy. 
  • Event Presence – Represent Track3D at conferences, meetups, and industry events to build relationships and generate new leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development / Business Development role (SaaS or B2B technology preferred). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt messaging to executives, project managers, and field teams. 
  • A high-energy, proactive, and curious mindset—motivated by opening doors and building relationships. 
  • Comfort with prospecting tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. 
  • Passion for technology, AI, and construction industry transformation.
